Don’t smoke. Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meals is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).
不要用餐后抽烟。专家的实验证实,用餐后抽一根烟等于日常的10根烟。(这将导致更高的致癌机率)。

Don’t eat fruits immediately. Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.
用餐后不要立即吃水果。用餐后立即吃水果将导致胃部因空气而肿胀。因此在用餐后的2小时或是用餐前1小时吃水果是比较理想的。

Don’t drink tea. Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
不要再用餐后喝茶。因为茶叶通常含有高酸性,这种酸性物质,将导致我们所摄取食物中所含的蛋白质变硬,因此会比较难消化。

Don’t loosen your belt. Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.
用餐后别松开你的腰带。用餐后立即松开腰带将让你的肠子容易纠结和阻塞。(这观念怪怪的,不晓得有无翻译错误。)

Don’t bathe. Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
不要再用餐后洗澡。洗澡时会使得血液流向手、脚和我们身体的其他部位,因此会减少胃部中的血液量,这将会使得我们胃部的消化能力变差。

Don’t walk about. People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In reality this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system unable to absord the nutrition fro the food we intake.
饭后不要散步。大家总是说“饭后走100步可以活到99岁”,但是那个观念是错误的,用餐后的走动,将使我们消化系统没有足够的能力,从我所摄取的食物中吸收足够的营养。

Don’t sleep immediately. The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.
用餐后不要立即睡觉。这样我们摄取的食物将没有办法得到适当的消化,因此可能导致胃部和肠部的感染。
